Are there any known issues with the 2008 Beaver Contessa 42 Milan, I am considering purchase of this MH and doing my due diligence.

Check the roof to wall seams. Check for engine fault codes. Cat C9 has some emissions issues, but keeping up with their cleaning fluid helps that. Have aquahot checked out.

Also, check the Lippert hydraulic pump and motor up front, under driver. Prone to seal failure, which leads to motor failure. About $2k-$3k.
Nylon slides under road side forward slide. Monaco quoted $4k to fix.
Fridge?
Get a proffesonal inspection done also. Worth the money.

And most of those can be repaired for less, but use it in your negotiations. The inspection gave me lots to use in negotiations
