Hi all,
We just ordered a '07 42' Contessa Venice. It's probably a little late now, but how do you Beaver owners like your Beaver?
We ordered the Power Gear air levelers instead of the hydraulic jacks. Any likes or dislikes on the air levelers?
I've heard Monaco owners are generally happy with Monaco's service. There is no such thing as a perfect coach so that's important.
Appreciate any imput,
Bruce

Hi Spur -
Welcome to the Monaco Forum.
We're really glad to have you here as a new member and are looking forward to reading your posts about your RVing experiences and adventures in your new Venice. You'll find a great bunch of folks on this site who are very knowledgeable of RVing, the rigs we use, and the places we go in them.
Enjoy the forums and post often, and when you (or anyone else) want to be a offical member of the forum and not just a new member of irv2, let us know.
Thanks!
Ron

Welcome Spur;
I just bought a new 2006 Beaver Monterey 40' Pacifica IV one month ago. So far we love the coach and it is a huge upgrade from the 2005 Winnebago Vectra we sold. I am very impressed with the overall quality of the Beaver and the wood is some of the best I have seen. It is nicer looking than some $500,000 coaches. I also opted for the air leveling since I had a jack stick on my Vectra which was a bummer. You can't go anywhere with a jack stuck in the down position. So far I love the air leveling. I was concerned as to how often the coach would run the compressor to keep it level and on each trip it only ran once during a 24hr period for about 10 seconds.

Thanks guys,
montanaB....that's good to hear about the levelers. It was a tough decision on which leveling system to order. I had HWH Computerized and really liked them. Recent talks with air leveling owners made me decide to try them. The wood is one of the things that sold us on the Beaver.

Spur, hope to meet you at a Beaver Rally. We looked at one at Lazy Days in FL two weeks ago and decided our 97 Patriot is better in our drive for now. You should be pleased with the air level system.

Welcome Spur to irv2 and the Monaco Forum.
If you feel left out you can be part of this forum with a Monaco Forum heading instead of just a new member. What say.

007,
I like to read all forums. That's how you learn about RV'ing and "meet" people. If someone wants to have their own little private club, that doesn't bother me.
Bruce

"007"
I knew what you were saying and appreciate that. I didn't mean anything towards you in what I said.
Thanks,
Bruce
