Bedroom slide adjustment

I have a new to me 2000 Monaco Diplomat 36D. Before sale the private owner explained that from inside the bedroom, the bedroom slide needed a second person to push at the top of the slide to help it go out while the first person pushed the button. Moving the slide in worked quite a bit faster and worked by pushing the button. I would guesstimate we have exercised the bedroom slide maybe 20 times and now the slide is struggling to come in.
I have searched bedroom slide adjustment and it seems that the first question asked is "Who makes the slide" How do I determine this? Also once I find out, Where do I get a drawing of how the slide works? I don't have it with the documentation that came with the coach.

Second problem probably better addressed in a second post but maybe a quick solution.
We were in a BIG rain/wind storm 65 mph gusts. Water came in the front slide right behind the drivers seat. Went outside and the long rubber wiper that runs from top to bottom of the slide is hollow in the center. Water was running down inside that wiper and running inside. I looked in there and there was a big dollop of what looked like Dicor. About the size of a golf ball. I could see daylight from the inside to the outside world so I don't think the Dicor helped. Is this a common problem? Easy fix or........Make a new post and work through it?
BTW I just noticed beneath this posting window it says Separate tags using a comma. You may add 5 tags to this thread. What is a tag and how would i use it?
Thanks in advance.
