Looking for a place to find bearings for the beedroom slide on my 2005 HR 40plq. I think the existing ones have froze causing the bearings to cut groves in the floor. Hoping I can put some stainless steel over the floor for the new bearings to run on. Any hints or help would be much appreciated. See attached photos.

The ones on the curb side are some sort of white plastic compound. They are adjustable. 7/16 socket with extension will get to them. You need to hug the floor to see them.
The road side bedroom slide has a permenant roller attached to the floor under both sides of the bed. These are metal.

This is on a 2004 HR PDQ
