Well thanks to Happycarz I got a part number for the seal and called Monaco. Monaco informed me they stock the seal which is 2.25" wide but the part number has changed and is now #594464 and runs $2.75 a foot. Now off to the coach to start removing the old adhesive.

Captjake1 if I may ask, what did a new set of toppers set you back? I know I'm going to need to replace mine in a couple of years so just curious. Did you have someone locally make them or order them?

I went with Stone Vos out of Florida. Lots of positive comments here about heir work. I have about $850/4 with all of the discounts.

Good old state of Kalifornia is looking out for me. Went to Home Depot to get some MEK to remove the glue only to be informed it's no longer available in the state. Wish I knew this ahead of time would have bought it when I was in Arizona. Every day getting closer to putting house on the market and moving.
