2008 Diplomat SKQ has a series of switches in the bedroom. I know what the double switches on each side of the bed control, but there is a additional single switch located on the wall on the left side of the bed. Have never been able to figure out what it does. Maybe prep for a ceiling fan, which we do not have. Any ideas?

On our 2007 Knight thier are two double switches. One is under the window. This switch is for turning the front radio on and off and also for turning the light above your bed on and off. The othervswitch on the right side of the slide is for turning the front ceiling light on and off and the bedroom ceiling light on and off.

Our Endeavor has the extra switch. Ours turns the dashboard radio off from the bedroom. Yours might too.

On my rig (not quite the same as yours) the ceiling fan uses a switch off by itself on the wall between the night stand and side window. It's grey, circular, and is a three position rocker. Center is off, push one side with a single dot for low, and push the other side with two dots for high. Does this sound at all like your switch?

No this is a simple on/off switch. I have all the switches mentioned, ceiling lights, radio, reading lights. Still trying to figure it out. Monaco tech support has no clue. I am the original owner, so it was factory installed, whatever it is! Thanks for the ideas guys, keep em comin!

Check the switch on your front ceiling light, next to your drivers seat. Push in the switch, and try the switch in the back again. The light switch might be in the wrong position to operate. It should operate the ceiling light in the front. If it does not work check the bulb in the light.
