Best roof coating for my Monaco Windsor 40 pwd

Since I've got to replace shower skylight thought I would seal the roof just as a maintenance

Is it fiberglass or rubber (EDPM)?

Mine was chalking pretty bad. Washed and had it coated with Nyalic. No more white streaks down the sides.

It's clear, dries quick. Use a magic eraser to clean., rinse and let dry. Mask and roll it on. 1 quart more than does it. Recoat every couple of years...it melts right onto the previous coats.

I need to get that on my list after a few other projects.

John do you know how they applied the Nyalic? Spray or Roller or? This is also on my list but to do it right need to move solar panels which can be done but is a pain. May have to do half a roof at a time.

With a roller. One of those tiny 'weeny' rollers.

There is a commercial floor wax,I used ZEP, available at Lowes or Home Depot that does a wonderful job. I was skeptical at first but I cleaned my roof with normal soap and water, let dry and applied with a sponge aroun the edges and roller on large areas. Lasted a good two years, repeated and still looking good.
