I changed out my fronts and installed Koni's. One look at the back and I sissyed out and took it to the shop. It was not that hard, but I was bloody enough for one day!

Hi,
Had a bit of a shock when I went to change my Bilsteins. My configuration is different than I thought. Its looped on the bottom and pinned on top. The shock guys are sending me the proper type in the next few days. So , it is best if you are going to order to go out and eyeball the mounting type at least in the mid 2000 Windsors. Not all bad news, it will allow me to PB Blaster all the mounting bolts cause they are tough to get off. Just a thought from those who have done the top pin style, did you have to or how did you hold the shaft when you removed the top mounting screw? Thanks for the help
