Black rubber under handle makes black streaks

Well, as the title says the black rubber gasket under my door handle makes black streaks especially when it rains.
My MH is a Monarch 2006. Handle is kind of standard, fixed, unlighted. See picture:

Do you know if we can buy these 2 rubbers? And where?

They should be available at a Monaco dealership's service dept. or special ordered. You might remove them, clean, then coat with 303 protective spray and wipe off excess before spending money.

They are UV damaged, why they are leaching. 303 applied after cleaning.
