Anyone ever remove their black tank flush. Mine has a broken nipple for the Pex (see picture below). It looks like an easy remove and replace but I don't want to mess up the tank if it's not simply threaded.
Thanks
Jeff

You can use this also it has 1/2 NPT threads and will screw into the opening it should be 1/2 inch I don't see it being a 3/4 one the other end will fit into the pex and just tighten the collar down it fits by compression and they work well just cut the ring off and dig the broken part out or if there extra pipe there just cut it off
It's a brass fitting remove it go to the hardware store and get a new one, you will have to put the hose back on the pex fitting with the pex tool.
Exacty the fix. Old fitting broke off. Cut old silicone with razor. Unscrewed broken 1/2 fitting and reset the pex tube with clamp and compression tool. Didn't want to guess a mess up the black tank!!
Thanks.
