I believe the Black water tank clean spray unit inside the tank is clogged. Any ideas on how to get it working again. I have hooked up the water to the connection and no spray comes in the tank.

Corvette Man....This happens a lot. The sprayer is located on top of the black tank at the opposite end of the drain (usually). Once you locate the sprayer, unscrew the plastic hose form the sprayer. There is no need to remove it. With a small pair of needle nose pliers reach down inside the sprayer and start pulling out junk. I don't know how, but the dissolved paper backs up through the sprayer and dries out. I got tired of cleaning mine out (3 times) so I drilled it out with an 1/8' drill bit. I blindly drilled 3 holes into it and solved the problem. I'm not so much concerned with it's ability to spray the tank, but to fill it up so I can flush it.

I read a similar post where the black tank flusher was not working,, the owner took a short hose and attached it to the MH just like you would the fresh water flush source. He put a bottle of CLR cleaner in the hose and let it soak the spray nozzel until it was clear. It worked and the owner saved a lot of work. May be worth a try.
