I was wondering if anyone has had any trouble with their boost guage not working on their motorhome. We have had the RV in for it twice, the second time they put a new fitting on the back, but each time when it is stored during the winter months it stops working. The rig is headed down to Monaco the beginning of next month, but was wondering if we are the only ones with the problem. If you have had or know of someone that has had the problem please let me know. We do not know how to stop this, and what is causing it. The line from the engine to the guage was fine both times.

I can confirm that I have had the boost gauge not working on one single occasion. For no reason that I am aware of the gauge didn't work at all during a 300 mile trip. I assume that the boost function was still operating since the "Voyager" screen would show the relevant boost level.

When starting up the following day the boost gauge was working as usual.

I don,t know what caused the malfunction and because it only happened on one occasion I didn't do anything about it.

I know this is not of much use to you - it was just to tell you that I did have this happen to me.

Regards

The Great Dane

Thank you for the reply, at least I know I am not totally nuts. We are just very confused because it happens whenever we store it over the winter, it just does not make any sense. We shall see what Monaco does next month. I just hope it does not cost a fortune to have it go dead again after this coming winter.
