Hi, I posted this in the "RV Systems & Appliances Forum, but thought maybe some fellow Monaco owners may have some insight...

So, I'm up in the middle of the night (we're leaving for our first trip in the new Coach tomorrow morning at 8-ish), and the Bose audio for the main TV, stereo, DVD, VCR, and Cable/Satellite just isn't working. I've spent a lot of time learning this system, I've checked everything, called our Tech, even he is stumped. It was working fine, I've sat in the Coach and watched a movie, TV, checked everything (c'mon, you know sometimes you just like to go sit in the RV and enjoy it even if you're not camping...). To be specific, I have power to everything, video plays but no sound, tried all components, same thing... video fine, no sound. I've checked to make sure all volumes are up (nothing is muted). I feel like it must be in the Bose receiver, because it controls the sound for everything, and everything works except for sound! Do I sound frustrated? Thank God I'm not driving, I'm going to have to have a nap after being up all night trying to figure this out!

Did you do anything in the cabinets where the system is or the switchbox is located? I don't know how sophisticated your system is, but you may have had a cable come loose. I would check all of the cables at the back of the TV, Enterianment system and switchbox.

I had a digital optical cable come loose (they don't really have a positive lock) and lost all of my sound on my home system.
