Bought 2008 Dynasty - Wow

After first reading about the greatness of the Roadmaster S chassis from you guys several years ago, I am happy to say I finally own one. My DW and I purchased a 2008 Dynasty Squire IV. It is in exceptional condition with 25k on the clock, 532 hours on gen, and tires less than three years old all around.

We spent many hours checking out the coach and took it on an hour long test drive. It rode like many of you talk about. Rock solid on both the e-way and side roads. Quiet and very comfortable.

I would like to speak with the former owner. If anyone knows who owned this coach, could they please contact me through this forum? I bought it at Lazydays yesterday. Of course they did not have any maintenance records, which I would love to have. Selling dealer appears to be Stolzfus Rv's and Marine in West Chester PA. I contacted them but they had no records, other than they delivered it and did a refrigerator replacement in 2012. Thanks.

WOW! Nice, very nice. I'm sure you're going to love it. I like the floorplan, especially the last photo of it .

As far as tracking down the PO, any chance yours has a built-in GPS? When I started digging thru the 'Favorites' when we got ours, I found out where PO lived ('HOME'), favorite campgrounds, friends, etc. Simple to Google the address.

Call Monaco and ask for a build sheet to see all the options on the coach. If Cat or Cummins engine, you can call with engine serial # and get any service history on the engine. Beautiful coach. I love that paint!

Do the 4 corner weighing and set your tire pressures. Or at least weigh the axles at a truck scale.

Tag axle air pressure adjustment will have a profound effect on your front axle weights. Info I have when I did my 4 corner weighing says to have 22-38% GVW on front axle and 62-78% on rear (drive) axle. Mine came out (after adjusting the tag pressure) to 36% front and 64% rear.

Congratulations! An 08 Dynasty is a rare find. And one of the best coaches ever made.
Make sure you check the coolant SCA level and have the rest of the fluids analyzed.
Best of luck!

There is no DEF tank. The ISM was standard on the Dynasty that year.
