What chassis are you on ? Workhorse? Ford? etc. You should be able to look up your vin# on that site and check for recall and bulletins .. Good Luck ...D

got thru on the phone to Kongsberg, manufacturer of the recall product. they are sending a repair kit along with documentation. the recall can be found on www.safecar.gov. also I found steering recall for TRW sector gear. my coach is 2008 Holiday Rambler Imperial DP on Roadmaster chassis. I registered the product with Holiday Rambler and transferred ownership when I bought the coach. I received no notification from them about these issues. go figure!

The brake pedal update is a very easy do it yourself job no need to take to a repair shop, takes about 5 minutes and they will pay you to do the parts install, took me longer to read the instructions, it has to do with keeping a pin in place.

We got the brake repair kit too. Very, very easy to do yourself. No need to go to a shop. Nina

I agree. Just a clamp on the brake bar above the pedal. Not bad at all.

Thanks H.Miller for the correction. Fat finger syndrome on my part. Just got thru to Monaco coach about steering recall. Seems affected coaches were built between aug 27, 2007 and nov 14,2007 . Monaco,Holiday Rambler,Beaver I gave them the build number and they gave me the build date which was prior to this recall. Once again I think I'm good to go! Whew
