I live about 40 miles south of Nashville, TN. I bought the coach at a dealer in Huntsville, AL which is about 70 miles south of me.
I drove down to the dealership today to see how things were going. Yesterday they told me they could not find anything wrong with my suspension or chassis and would have to take it to an RV chassis shop but today they tell me they found an air bag that was not inflating and they have now fixed the air bag.
They (dealer) is waiting a part for my zone 1 furnace that quit working the day after we got the coach. Anyway they say the part will be in on Monday or Tues. I am going back down to the dealership on Wed and we (dealer & me) will take the coach out for a test drive to see if they actually fixed the ride problem. I sure hope it is fixed as we would love to be using it right now.

lela,
Hope the fix to your problem is that simple.
Not to add to your frustrations but keep an eye on the shower door. That rounded door likes to fall off when driving. Fortunately for me the glass never broke but it did seperate from the frame. Now I leave it on the bed when travelling.

lela,
For future reference and just in case the dealer in Huntsville does not get you fixed up, Buddy Gregg in Knoxville set my ride height. The handling and ride was much better after that. I later installed Koni shocks all around and that made a tremendous difference. Buddy Gregg has a campground at the dealership for customer use and your drive time should be about the same as to Huntsville.
We camp down your way now and then and have been through Spring Hill on our way to Natchez Trace.
Hope you get your coach fixed soon,
Bob near Knoxville

We belong there too. We usually take our 5th wheel down in the spring and leave it for a month or so and then go back and forth on the weekends. Then we do it again in the fall for several months and try to camp all of the weekends until the park closes.
Next spring we will just go back and forth on the weekends and probably will not leave the motor home down there.
It is amazing what the tornado did to that park!

Our shower door separated and was replaced under warranty and then the new one separated also. I put it back together and bought two ratcheting clamps to hold it in place while under way which has been a temporary fix. I intend to take it apart one more time and put it together with something other than the existing gasket which will not allow separation.

Problem is the rollers, even the bigger ones replaced by warranty, loosen and cause the door to slip out of the track. I also used two ratcheting clamps hoping it would stay on but the vibration caused them to fall off too.
Try a local glass repair shop. I took mine there and it cost me $20. However, I still remove mine and place it on the bed when traveling.

Hi all,
I am very happy to report the awful ride has been fixed. The dealership said one of the air bags on the front of the MH was only partially inflating. The ride is very nice now. Thank you all for your input. LELA

Glad it was a simple fix. Enjoy your new coach!
BTW- if you are interested, May 2010 the annual HR pusher maintenance session will be held in Goshen, IN. Great opportunity to learn about things concerning you coach. You can get info here Ramblin' Pushers - Chapter 419 of HRRVC - Home
