Brochure needed 1995 Winsor

I'm looking for a brochure for a 1995 Windsor, if anyone would know where to find it on line (Yes, I've looked...) or a fetish collection (joke) they'd like to share it would be appreciated.

Bit of back story, my RV was registered to the PO as a 5.2L engine, not like the 5.9L it has. When I showed up to transfer the MH they said it was a 8.3L in it,
Since our taxes and license are based on engine size, I paid an extra $200 for the transfer and $150 extra for the license plate because it's listed as a 8.3L.
So I'm stuck paying close to (sit down you US folks) $800 for a 1 year tag!
I've contacted Monaco already, but since it was bought out in 2000 they say they don't have a record of the info on my old bus. The only way my DMV will accept to change it's engine size is with a letter from Monaco confirming the engine size and they won't.....

Thx!

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

I wish I could help on that but if Monaco can't provide the info from the VIN number then I wouldn't know. Looks like you could take it to an engine shop for identification.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Maybe you could check the engine serial number with Cummins.

I went out to find the tag on the engine last new, good news bad news.
Good news "rivets" still there, bad news tag is GONE!
I'm not sure if there are other tags on the engine other than the on on the front gear cover....

FWIW the NADA guide only lists the 230hp engine for the Windsor in 1995 1995 Monaco Price, 1995 Monaco Values & 1995 Monaco Specs | NADAguides , looks like the 300 is an option in the Dynasty, but not the Windsor. It isn't stated, but I am pretty sure the 230 is a 5.9 and the 300 is the 8.3.

Our 1997 Windsor had the 275hp Cummins C 8.3L engine. I'm not sure if 1997 or 1996 was the first year for the 8.3L engine.
1995 was the first year for the Windsor and I'm sure it had the 5.9L.
Try giving Rev parts a call and see if they have info on the 1995 models.

The 5.9 was standard in the 32' and 34' Dynasty. I have the 1995 Dynasty Brochure.

I've since did some digging on how to identify which engine is in the RV. Two simple things that are a tip off, the timing gear cover on the 5.9 is chamfered in the top right corner while the 8.3 is rounded. The biggest noticeable easy to identify difference is the valve cover(s). 5.9 has 6 separate covers while the 8.3 has one long cover.
BUT this still doesn't really help me, except for the fact I know it's actually a 5.9L.
Still have a little hope on a brochure and will give the above info a call see if they can help me. Thx for the info!
