Welcome to iRV2.

Any chance you could post a picture of exactly what you need , just in case it's known by another name.

Year, make and model would help.

Is it the bedroom slide?

Check with Sue Lamkin, Factory Parts Manager at Veurinks. 616-965-9619, sue@veurinksrv.com A picture would be most helpful. She will either have it, or can get it for you, or will tell you where else to try to find it. Always very helpful.

The company ; Venture Manufacturing Co. Dayton Ohio ; lists only the gear box and motor on their web site , I can't find anything on their web site about them manufacturing slide drives only landing legs for 5th wheels ; BUT ; the coupler may be a common part to those landing legs, or the slide drive was manufactured by another company and Venture only provided the motor/gear box.

Still looking.

I know that the gears are made by Lippert and that they will not sell individual parts for the gear https://www.google.com/search?client...pert+gear+pack

I am not sure if Lippert also makes the coupling but maybe it is worth giving them a ring on the phone? I can find a coupling for RV slides but it looks different from your photo https://www.rvupgradestore.com/Lippe...t-p/238461.htm

Good luck searching

Contact a local machine shop, the coupler looks pretty easy to make.

This was my thought last night too .

Even a high school metal works class , or anyone with a metal lathe, and a drill press .
You wouldn't need the one end slotted just drilled to match the drive shaft, and replace the pin in the drive shaft with a bolt, it'd be stronger.

Could you take it to Lowes or Home Depot and buy a black iron pipe nipple the
same or nearly same size .

I believe with a hack saw and hand drill I could fabricate that coupling .
