Glass in a vehicle is required to be tempered safety glass or laminated glass in the windshield. You can't cut tempered glass, it must be measured and ordered for replacement. This is a place for a glass company, it's not an amateur repair item unless you just want a piece of plywood to cover the opening.

You could save a little of the labor costs by removing the window frame and taking it to a glass shop, but you'll have to install and seal the glass and frame when it returns from the shop.

If you find yourself in the Tampa Fl area there’s a great Rv window shop just north of there.
