Cablemaster RLC in 06 Signature

Just picked up a 2006 Signature that some decided to make the power cable a non power reel system, in that process they removed a lot of parts, But the reel and cable storage are still there. The PVC guide tube is missing along with mounting brackets and also the 4 roller guide at end of PVC tube, the control Switch and CB,. Could someone send me pics of these items in detail Especially how things are
Mounted and where and the switch wiring, I attached pics that I found on another post from here, but need more detail
Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

I'm not familiar with that system so can't offer help. Just noticed you are new on IRV2 and wanted to say hello!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Does anything happen when you press either the top or the bottom of the Power Cable rocker switch? That does not have a reel. It should have a round drum, maybe 2' diameter and maybe 12" to 14" tall with a mechanism on top of it that you can probably only see by opening the sliding door between that compartment and the one just forward of it. The cable just coils up in the drum like a rattlesnake, when the friction drive draws it in. You may only be missing the bottom few inches of the PVC guide tube. That is all that it is. All of the "mechanics" is on top of the storage drum.

See if that turns out to be the case. From what I see, you are only missing the bend piece and the tiny piece from the bend to the opening, and you said the rollers are missing.

You might give NW RV Supply a call and see if they could give you a lead on a source for what you need.

This is an RLC unit, no drum cable is wound into a round
Fiberglass cylinder sitting below the motor mechanism. It is missing parts and I am trying to figure out what all is missing

If someone doesn't beat me to it, I'll try to get you some when I get home from work.

Good Luck

Talked with Bruce at Glendinning, super helpful. Got some schematics for the wiring and the install for parts. If anyone could take a few pics of exactly where the guide pvc tube is mounted to Would help a lot. Thanks to all who have responded

Here are three pics, but I don't know if they will be of any value. I will be honest with you, though. I've been in that area literally hundreds of times, but looking at this picture right this moment is the first time I've seen how the down-tube and limit switch is mounted! The tube makes a 45 bend back to the horizontal and then is clamped to a block that is bolted to an angle bracket that is bolted to the back of the bay front panel. It looks like the limit switch unit is bolted to that same angle bracket.

I apologize for the PEX mish-mash but that is the tee and valve for my RO system inlet. The white nylon looking piece inside of the limit switch bracket is the collar on the power cable that operates the limit switch.

The other two pictures are of the drum and mechanism, but they aren't very good. But if that stuff is gone, it might be helpful. The drum assembly is mounted immediately behind the AquaHot unit, on our coach.
