FYI: I have contacted Newmar, Spartan, Reyco Granning and HWH, ALL said there was no problem suspending the front axle off the ground for extended use.
I've taken the time to check it out with the various manufacturers, have you?

On the bold, geez, that's news to me as well? The air pressure is removed to apply the brake, right? That's different front vs. rear?

Air Brake Manual201122682414 This is excellent. Too large to attach as a pdf.

Parking brakes are activated via springs on the rear axel activator pods after air is removed from one section during parking brake mode. During normal brake operation air is applied to press the brake shoes. The attachments are very informitive.

Rick.....two things.....next time you have it up like that, close all the doors and "photo shop" the jack out. It would make a cool picture.
My neighbor does pretty much the same thing. If you still need to do it, you can buy a couple of cheap bottle jacks from Harbor Freight and slide them under the axle. I bought a (I think, 10 ton) jack from Harbor Freight that uses both air or hydraulics (pump handle) to operate. You could use your coach air to pump the bottle jacks up.

If the back tires are off the ground from being up on jacks, I don't think it's going to roll. Might skid but roll? I've had all six back tires off the ground and it ain't moving. It has 28,000 lbs down force on them.
