I shattered the mounting ears on mine a few weeks ago and everything I found so far shows they do not sell individual pieces, I hope you find something better.
Please keep us informed.

Sorry about the Valid lead, but they certainly were tied in with power gear in years past. their website shows RV slide systems, guess it was an unfriendly parting of ways....

If original equipment doesn't work out try matching it up with a standard stock gear.
Here is a place to start: Gears | MSCDirect.com

These guys have an extensive selection of gears. They may not have the hub configuration of your original part but that would be easily modified to suit compared to cutting the teeth, especially helical teeth.

. I called boston gear the other day. All of their helical gear teeth are cut on 45 degrees.. Mine is cut on 14.5 degrees. I have also tried to find a stock gear.. The closest thing so far is made in England and it's a 1/16 of a inch to big on the dia. Thanks

just have one 3D printed
find the file on Thingiverse - Digital Designs for Physical Objects look up any thing to do with RVs
if you cant find one the programers are free and you can make the file your self
after that it would cost you under 10$ to have some one print it or i could print it on my 3D printer
