I have a 2004 Beaver Marquis C12 engine and my mechanic and I couldn't find the low side R134a connector. We check the engine bay from the compressor foward to the where the pressure lines go into the coach, we checked the thru bay in the mddle of the coach and we checked under the front bay where the radiator fan and dryer are located and no R134a connectors?

I know they must be some where but I be if we can find them.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Steve

Have you looked up front in the generator compartment just behind the dash on the passenger side? I have never seen them any other place.

I haven't got under the generator bay but the shop mechanic did and he couldn't find the nipples. I know they must be there somewhere, you would think they would be out back near the compressor. We pulled the dash cover thinking they might be inside the coach but no luck.

Steve you don't have to get UNDER the generator, just open it up and look inside on the passenger side. The air conditioner for the dash air is on the firewall and you should see the connections.

Rex,
I found the coupler or I think I did. Shimmied under the passenger side generator bay and stood up, had to reach over the generator almost to the driver side and there she was. Only found one and the coupler fit the r134a connector. I have no idea where the other coupler is located. I guess it won't be a problem until I have to purge the system.

Anyhow any idea how much refrigerant one of these systems hold?

Rex thanks for hanging in with me,

Steve
