Captains Chair in a 2001 Monaco

I have an issue with the drivers side Captains Chair that I need to remove the chair to diagnose. Does anyone know if the nuts in the floor for the bolts of the pedistal base are captured nuts or not?

They are on my 07 Neptune. I removed mine for residential refrigerator install. I would "think" yours would be the same.

Thanks. Previous owner thought issue was cable, but cable seems to be working. Latch on pedistal does not appear to want to latch in straight ahead position.

Sorry I can't help with the latch. We rarely spin ours around so I haven't had to deal with that, "yet".
