I have had problems with my Apex on our 07 Camelot. It comes out of adjustment and won't extend. Its been fixed once and its doing it again. I am going to adjust it this time. What problems are you having?

I have a 2005 Knight and I'm also having trouble with my patio awning. It wont retract. I've got power to the motor but nothing happens when I try to retract it. It looks like I'll have to pull the tube off the arms and roll it up by hand and then tie it to the side of the MH until I can get a new motor.

Welcome to the forum were glad that you have joined us.
I think that your Knight has a different awning than the Apex style. Maybe you could have a broken spring. Try to have a helper push the power button while you roll it up Manually.
