Cargo door alignment?

Hi, on my Monaco Cayman 2003, my sencond door on the RH side is a bit out of alignment and it robs against the bottom of the other door.

It looks like the only way to remove it is to slide it out. Anybody knows how to remove and adjust them?

My right front basement door was out as well - I took out the top screw and loosened as many as possible the used a hammer and large brass punch and moved the top of the hinge toward the front and re-tightened. worked good for me - a little movement at the hinge goes a long way

My doors use a 2 piece aluminum hinge system. One part attaches to the RV and the 2nd half is attached to the door. The piece that is attached to the RV is ~12' long. Both pieces are fixed in place with either screws or rivets.

If yours are the same type there isn't really and easy way to adjust. You could try drilling out the rivets on one end of the door and adjusting the alignment and then installing new rivets but you'd have to paint the rivets.

You could try removing and inspecting the hinge portion that is mounted to the door, I might be possible to bend it to realign.

Yes, mine also have one curved hinge on the door that matches with the long one on the RV. The only way I could figure this was to undo the top door frame that makes the hinge, realign it and install new rivets but I think this would make the door look crooked.

Unless I could bent the top portion a tiny bit. I did push the door to one side so it does not rub anymore but it still tilted a bit, nothing that you can see at 60 MPH on the highway! I will probably forget about it after a while.
