Cat c9 ecm

I have an '06 Beaver with the Cat C9 tuned to 400 HP. Some time back there was a discussion about an ECM reflash to correct some of the inherent issues with this motor (low rpm surging and stumbling). I have searched the message archives with no joy. I believe someone listed the numbers for the CAT reflash that addressed those issues. If anyone remembers that discussion and can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. I am going to call CAT and schedule an appointment with them, but would like to educate myself as much as possible before I do so.
