Jim & Sue,

Joel at Centroid got back to me last spring with a problem I was having. His direct email at that time was:

I got a hold of them by phone about a week ago and got a new sender in the mail yesterday. My unit was reading full all the time. After contacting Joel and being told I had an algae problem I treated the tank 4 times with no changes or signs of algae. The new sender works perfectly. It did take a few calls to reach them as they have limited hours. Good luck
