Armitage Park in Eugene -- Google Armitage Park in OR -- You make reservations on line -- It`s a very nice park, a short distant from Monaco -- Bill Willard

We have stayed at Armitage County RV Park. You could not ask for a nicer CG. There is one thing to be aware of. You need to make your reservations on-line. If you just show up you will only be allowed to stay two days at a time. If you want to extend your stay you will only be given two days at a time unless you go on-line and reserve a site, but that will be two days from the time you ask for reservations.

There are only 4 pull-thru sites. They are a slightly bent horseshoe configuration. there is enough room for two MH's and 2 toad in each site. (I may be exaggerating a little, but they are long.) All of the other sites are back-in, but the are easy to navigate. There is a lot of space between sites.

There is a very big doggy park there, if you have pets. The McKenzie river abuts the park. The Freightliner/Cummins shop is about 1 mile away and very easy to get to. The Marathon company is just up the road past the Fl/C service area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Armitage.

Another vote for Armitage. Best in the area in my opinion.

Did a recent review of the spot here if you want to see pics:

Their notes about satellite reception are generally accurate. That said, we stayed in site 15, the fifth pull-through, which is described as having good satellite reception. In order to "see" the satellites the dome or dish cannot be too far into the campsite 15 pull-through. There's plenty of room to position the rig for good satellite reception as long as you don't pull too far forward.

That's a nit and we agree with all of the good things that have been said about Armitage.
