changing belts and diff fluilds

i have a 97 holiday rambler endeavor wds with the cat 275 3136 , i was changing air filter an i noticed chips in the serpentine belt so i now have 3 belts to put on ! the serpentine and a water pump belt ! what are the challenges of this job ? is it all done from underneath ? any input would be great ! also when do you change diff fluids ? my coach has 49000 on it ! thanks for the help !

Be sure to draw a diagram of the belt routing dont depend on the engine book for the correct routing, the only problem I had on a 99 dip was I had to get someone to hold the belt on the alt pulley. Why change the Diff fluid? Is it dirty, just check the level. I just changed the Diff fluid on a pick up my son gave me with 208,000 and it didnt look bad.
