Check trans lamp

Hi I have a Monaco Cayman 2003 with common rail. When I bought it it had problem with check trans lamp going on when you accelerate or used the exhaust brake or was using speed controller. when it went on speed controll, exhaust brake, and overdrive didnt work at all. When I shut down the engine and started again everything was okay until the lamp goes on again. I was taking it to a cummins shop, and they found out that it was something wrong with the actuator. We didnt have time to wait for a new turbo so we went to Portugal with the problem still going on. We have been driving with the motorhome 15000k. this year we decided to go to another cummins shop and they found that the turbo started with 51% of its power. We decided than to by a new turbo. We got it installed and thought that the problem was fixed. But on a trip 200k the lamp went on 5 times. It still has the same problem. Do anyone have a solution how to fix it.
Best regards

Lasse, a few questions .

Do you know what series Allison transmission , your coach is equipped with ?
2500 or 3000 ?
Was either shop able to get any codes from the transmission controller ?
It sounds like the repairs were all to do with engine performance.
Has the engine power improved with the installation of the new turbo ?

Here's info on how to check for codes ( and their meanings ) if your coach has a 3000 series transmission.

Morse shifter will mean your coach is equipped with a 2500 series Allison .
The information I have on the codes for the 1000/2000/2500 Allison transmissions , says special diagnostic equipment required.
But I'll keep looking .
