Cigerette lighter fuse

Help I cant find the cigerette lighter fuse on my 2005 Holiday Rambler. Any help would be great. I have looked on the panel below drivers seat and the fuse that is for the lighter is good, could there be one some where else? Also dumb qwestion but does the ignition need to be on for cigerette lighter to work?

On our Berkshire, there are two lighters. One is hot all the time and the other one only works when the ignition is turned on.
Hope this helps some.

BOTH plugs are hot all the time. In front "electrical" bay (Under drivers seat) remove the large fuse cover, then I recall it's the top row of fuses and second fuse from the far left (#58). It isn't labeled cig. ltr....

Might want to take a look behind the actual plug itself. I have seen them disconnect from bouncing on the road. Sometimes the connectors are not very tight. A light squeeze with pliers will snug them up if that's the case.

Checked fuse #58 and it is good, could there be an inline fuse somewhere?
