Closet mirror doors

We have a 2008 Diplomat with large mirrored closet doors with a frame around the doors and the handle is attached to the frame which seems to be an issue as the frame is attached to the mirror with a gasket and over time you pull it off and it would seem to me just from the design this is going to happen. Has anyone encountered this and found a solution.

Had a problem (over a curb that just ) and one of the doors came off track and had minor damage. ended up taking off both doors and re-enforcing both the handles and frame. First time, door took some time to remove, but now I can do it in just a few minutes. Always an adventure
