Closing the Deal on a HR Navigator Tomorrow! Last call for issues good or bad!

Yes...New Year's Day...closing the deal on a 2002 HR Navigator PBD 41'...temperature controlled and garage kept its whole life.

Truly immaculate with 89,000 miles on the Cummins 500HP Diesel Engine.

I have gone over everything with a very nice and knowledgeable original owner who has kept this thing about as clean as one could want in a 2002. Looks good to go!

Nervous, excited, scared, stoked!

Any other owners out there that could provide any input, good or bad, would be appreciated.

When I bought my 2002 Windsor back in 2008 I had reservations but I'm glad I bought it.

The day I did a wire transfer for the down payment at ~noon everything was A-OK. Went back to work for a meeting that was hastily called by the GM and we got notice we were shutting down.

I could have tried to back out but decided it was such a good deal I could always sell it. ~6 years later we still have the coach and love it. Funny how things work out.

Good luck, get some sleep, and drive it home Thursday.

I hope the coach has had new tires in the last 5/6 years.

Hope so too as he still has 4 or 5 years of service life left! That'll give him some time to save for new ones when needed!

How does the radiator look? were you underneath it snooping? I suggest looking at it good, from under it, Inspect really good......actually touch and feel the radiator fins and check the condition, the bottom especially where junk collects.....big dollar item, more if you hire it done.
Having a hard time understanding the tire posts.......what is the code dates on the tire's?-OP

10 year old tires are a time bomb.

Excellent coach. I just installed engineered wood in a 45 foot Navigator. The build is: 2 layers of OSB with vapor barrier between and vapor barrier under. The walls and cabinets are placed on 1/8 inch solid rubber to minimize any squeaks. quality, everywhere and I was pretty intimate with the coach.

The Nav is a highline coach. If everything checks out, it will last you a long time!

How many genny and Aqua hot hours?

Thanks All...Yes, checked the tires and we negotiated the price a bit since they are not brand new (they are the popular XRV's by Michelin) and it sure helps that the sun has not been pounding on them as she is stored inside.

Radiator checks as well!

Thanks for the reminders!

Deal is done and I am picking her up on this Saturday...both me and the Seller have been waiting for the snow to melt and the roads to dry out.

Great minds think alike! I will post some photos soon.

Wow! What a beautiful find! I'm jealous and I haven't even seen it!

I wish you many happy times in that wonderful coach!
