Hello again folks, I have a question about mounting my bike rack on the back of my MH, It states in the manual not to block the air from the rear mounted radiator with things like motorcycles, I have a bicycle rack that mounts in front of the tow bar, Blue Ox three bicycle rack. Has anyone done this before and if so does it make the engine run hotter than normal, and if not can someone tell me if this will make the engine run hotter with two bikes on the rack? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 2002 endeavour with the same engine/radiator configuration, and the same warning. I don't tow, but I've put a bike rack of that style on it with two bikes and driven thousands of miles all over california/oregon/Washington with no noticeable effect other than the bikes getting REALLY dirty. A couple of bicycles doesn't block enough of the airflow to be a problem. Of course, if you're driving across Arizona in July it may be a different story.

Should not be a problem, we have done it many times with our 99 Dip with a scooter on the back.

Bonanza.....On your coach, the air is picked up from under the coach and blown out the back. It won't have any real impact on cooling unless you really block up the rear of the coach. It would be a bigger issue if the air was going the other way.
