crack under bedroom slide-in side wall

Hello people I'm reposting about my crack in the side wall under bedroom slide rear corner!!!! I've had it repaired twice now by a very quilified repair shop but it has what I call bubbled out again. it started out at about 6 inch crack and was filled with foam to keep from anything moving then taped and fiberglassed!!!! like I said they do this kind of repair all the time but are getting a little baffled as to why something is causing there work to bubble. The job always looks good when I pick the RV up but within a few montghs the trouble begins!!!! Anybody had the same trouble please advise?????? any idea to why???? Please advise

Thanks in advance
Steve

What ever caused it to break in the the first place is still wrong. They must be just fixing the result (the crack) but not the cause of the cracking.

A reply from another forum answered with an idea that made sense!!!!!! Bill D. said that I probably had a leak that was going down the inside side wall---an after thinking about it He is probably correct because I did have a leak that was coming into the floor on the bedroom slide awhile back and it must have also been coming into the inside of the wall where the crack is causing it to bow out!!!!! I just got the leak fixed a few months ago, so this time should be a fix all!!!!
