Having problems with getting my 2004 Safari Cheetah to crank. Changed the batteries and had the starter checked out. Everything is OK, full voltage and the master switch is on. Power to the ign. switch and the shifter panel light comes on when the key is on. Turning the key and there is a click comming from the outside bay under the driver seat but the starter does not turn. Have a wiring diagram but it is not very clear as to the components in the starting system. Any help would be great. Thanks
Stevebr

Have you checked/cleaned contacts? Sounds like enough power is not making it from where it is to where it needs to be and electrical contacts and or a relay and or a ...are the first subject for examination.
