Crazy RVA JII levelors

Our levelors have started acting up. When I use auto level the system starts up as advertised. However no matter how level our site is when it's done it will extend the front jack up to far and pull the front wheels off the ground leaving us nose up. . Under normal operation the instructions tell us that to wait and it will try and relevel on its own but it doesn't try to do that anymore either.
Is there a way to reset the system?

There is a small round level attached to the area near the controls but it has never been accurate.

I always use a regular level to check the refer level and the floor of the rig. If the refer is level the floor is as well

My manual makes reference to a calibration procedure that should be performed, but it says it should only be performed by authorized technicians and doesn't give specifics about how its done.

FWIW, my system doesn't level the coach very well. We don't even put down the jacks unless the site is really unlevel and I do the leveling manually. As long as you can walk around comfortably, the refer should work.

The little round level is adjustable, open your refig remove the bottom drawer and with a level recalibrate the round level and then the RVA jacks , if you don't know how go to their web site and check out how also you can call them they have always been helpful.
