CURBSIDE Slides Underbelly BOWING out

Hello, over the weekend I discovered the underside of the two Slides on the CURBside were bowing out. The Wood or whatever it is was separating from the SLIDES

The 2 Slides on the ROADSIDE were fine, the also had what looks like a piece of THICK fiberglass 1/2 thick x 3-4 inches wide or thick PLASTIC as a re- enforcement running along the Width OF THE SLIDE on both ends.


Ques # 1 on the Curbside Slides
Is this NORMAL.. (Don't believe it is)
How does one fix the bowing ?
No re-enforcement underneath ?

If the roadside slides were re-enforced, then why wasn't the curbside also done?

What can I do to fix... Can I get some thick Fiberglass and screw those pieces in and how long should the screw be, since I have no clue what is underneath ?

I have sent a note to MONACO TECH Support.
