We would like to clean the curtain that you draw inside the windscreen, but for some strage reason there are no instructions on this in the manual and there are no labels on the curtain itself stating how to go about this.

The curtains have a sort of plastic covering on the "outside" and I wouldn't be surprised if the "inside" was impregnated somehow.

Can they go in the washing machine or will that make then go out of shape or even dissolve the surface treatment? Can they be dry cleaned? We would suspect that ironing the curtains after cleaning is out of the question due to the plastic type cover on the back?

Any advice?

We had ours dry cleaned when the curtains by the door got caught in the door and ended up with grease stains. Wont go that route again and think I will try some stain/grease remover and just wash them. Our curtains don't appear to have any special coating on them. Your best bet would probably be to dry clean them if they have some sort of coating on them.
