Dash Air - 1998 Windsor

Just bought this coach and the air that comes out the dash is very weak. It works on all 4 speeds but high is about what i would expect out of low. All the vents and tubing seem to be hooked up properly and was able to split the fan housing enough to see that it was clean. Is this just the nature of the beast or is there something that can be done to increase the flow.

My 2001 diplomat puts out a fair amount of air on high. It keeps the couch cool without any problem. Check to make sure there is not an intake filter on the incoming side. Many units have one.

Blower Resistor

I had a issue where my blower only worked on the highest setting regardless of the position of the switch. I looked into the schematics and noticed the blower resistor pack wasn't used for the highest setting if memory serves, (it's been a while) It would be worth looking into, if you don't notice a change in sound or flow when rotating the blower speed switch.

Good luck, something is up because mine works pretty darn good.........
