Dash air cond diverter box problem

I have a 2106 HR Vacationer with the Ford f53 chassis. Last week the air quit coming out of the dash vents. It only comes out the defroster (a little) and the heater vents. The vacuum switch seems to be working the valve when you move the position dial inside. I can see the valve opening and closing. Are there more than 1 door that the vacuum operates to change the airflow? The air is cold so it is not the compressor or freon level. We just can't get the air to come out of the dash vents.
Of course it is out of warranty by about 3 weeks so HR factory was no help at all.
Anybody have any ideas on why the air will not divert to the vents?

Sounds like the vacuum line is not working. If there's a small leak it may not have enough vacuum to completely close off hence the little airflow. The default is to defroster by industry standard, maybe DMV code. Sorry I can't help further.

Air only at defrosters

This is a simple fix mine did the same thing. Monaco used a air actuated vacume thing it was on the fire wall by the generator mine went out so I got an electric one off ebay. worked good.
