Send a message via ICQ to Ivylog
In Mexico they will not need to know how much Freon is needed before working on it.

First and foremost best wishes with your wife

If the prices for a/c work in Mexico are like paint jobs ...should be under $10.00 ( just kidding)

As stated earlier anyone doing the job and knows there stuff ....wont need a spec amount of refrigerant ..... Only one way to truley know if your system is charged correctly and that is by gage readings and ambient air temp.

Again best wishes with the wife ..... and hope you get your steed repaired correctly, soon and reasonable

Happy Trails

A good hose company can sell you the parts to repair the engine compartment sections of hose with very little expense which was done for years before auto engine compartments became so cramped. They will also show you how.
