Hello all, I am a new member, so bear with me. I have a 2003 Holiday Rambler 38 foot Endeavor, engine ISC 330 diesel, Allison Transmission, Roadmaster Chassis. I started having a problem with the dash ATC light coming on while driving the vehicle, the rv slows and the light goes off and back on. I took the vehicle in to a Holiday Rambler dealer in Panama City Florida, service department said I would have to take it to a truck service company. Until then has anyone encountered similiar problem? Recommend a good service Co. Or what to look for? I can't get on the road until the problem is resolved.

By design, ATC is accomplished on our rigs by way of reducing fuel to the engine ... and that's how wheel spin can be reduced when such an event happens.
But interestingly, partially-blocked fuel filters look (to our engine computer) as an "ATC" condition...hence the light comes on.
Fix: replace your fuel filters (probably two of them).

More than likely it is your fuel filters as the PP suggested. However, read this post by me at ATC & warning light which explains how your ATC operates based on the Eaton ABS/ATC owners manual which I have also attached to download for people that may be interested in this same problem.

Had similiar problem, ATC light comes on and engine power loss (like motor is shut down).
Turned out to be, in the rear engine electrical panel, hot wire that goes to ECM was loose making intermitent contact to the blade. Pushed it on and tighten with pllialr, no problem so far.

Last summer, on my way across the country from east to west, I had a similar problem. The ATC light was on intermittently and seemed to be coordinated with a slight upgrade. After worrying that I had an ATC problem, I decided that it felt more like a fuel starvation problem. Increased throttle would bring on the condition. Replacing both fuel filters immediately fixed the problem. I now carry spares and resolved to buy my fuel only from large stations and truck stops.
