OK I thought my Relay for my Battery disconnect was bad, so I changed the relay that works with the battery disconnect switch next to my front door.
Everything needs to work when I cut the Battery disconnect switch on except for the DC only lights in my Coach.
I have a Holiday Rambler Neptune PDD 34'.
I appreciate the advice on the Replay being swapped out and help with this would be appreciated as well.
Thanks Matthew

Are you saying no interior lights at all work? If so check interior fuse panel, also I have a bad wall switch in rear that gives me fits at times, I wiggle the switch and all is well.

The Lights are ceiling Halogen lights with a rocker switch on them. it is only the DC Only lights. From what I understand some of the lights in the Coach are DC only and some are AC/DC..
If I flip on the battery disconnect switch near the door to wake up the interior power, the dash radio works, power seats work, other AC lights work (I have the shore power plugged in) and DC stuff works, but not the ceiling lights or other little lights that I know are DC only also??
Hope this helps... Thanks guys,
Matthew

The switch you are playing with by the front door is called the salesman switch. It's main function is to kill the DC power to the lights. I think things like the radio and power seats come off the chassis battery whereas the lights come off the house battery. One thing you can try is to jump around the relay in the electrical box under the drivers window. Here is a link to a discussion about the relay Battery Cut-off Switch
Since you are plugged into shore power make sure you house battery voltage is up to at least 12.9 volts.

I just reread your post about replacing the relay and turning off the battery disconnect switches in the battery bay. There is some history of the manual disconnect switches going bad. If you have a meter check the voltage coming out of the disconnect switch.

meet the Relay problem head on in the middle of the night. Tired, and didn't remember.... spent the night in the cold trouble shooting. Next morning Drove to an RV mechanic in Oklahoma... I explained the symptoms and what happened just prior to our Blackout.
the guy smiled and opened the coach electrical fuse panel, wacked the relay a couple of thimes and the power came back. UGH!!! 5 hrs in 30 degree weather in the dark for nothing.... purchased a short battery cable a couple days later and i'll be installing the jumper this week.
cheers

Just curious where are your a/c lights? We don't have any.

Seems I remember the Sales guys saying that some lights are AC and some are DC. I know when on batter only and the inverter turned off only the ceiling, lamp on the wall over the dinnett and reading lights over the bed work.
After replacing the relay the switch on the front door seems to work ok. I flip it off and the stairs and radio do not work, when I flip it on they do work. Looks like I need to get a volt or ohms meeter and check it out. Maybe a bad switch or maybe not? Heck I don't know at this point. I can hear the Relay kick on and off when I hit the Salesman switch if this helps any.
Thanks

I seriously doubt that in an 05 coach that you have any AC lights they are probably all 12 volt. Next if other 12 volt appliances work such as the bathroom ceiling fan then the relay is probably working. You can test this by turning on the fan then turning off the relay switch by the door. If you can control the fan from the relay switch then I would be looking for either a blown fuse or a loose wire to the lights.
