Pete, I had to have the bottom of my bedroom slide replaced. It was glued on to the aluminum skeletal structure. There were no screws or other type fasteners. The normal sealer used on coaches will not fix your problem. If it is not wet and does not appear to have been wet, you should be able to glue it back on. The glue will take up to 24 hours to set, and you must apply pressure during that time. If you can get an adequate amount of glue injected, then put a 5/8 or thicker plywood sheet under it and apply pressure by using 2x4 and scissor jack.
On mine, I had a leak on the outside top corner that was so small I could never find it. Also thought it was in a different location. The bottom got very wet and came apart. To replace it the slide had to come out. Took the tech about a day to remove the old bottom and all the glue and prep the frame for the new bottom.
