MCF.....uhhhh, I'd better just leave that one at, ahhhhh, yeah, "Thousand Cubic Feet", that's what I meant. SACs can fill you in when he gets home. :-)

Didn't mean to make ya sweat 'Bama!
LOL ...Thanks... I know what SNAFU is (so I thought I knew what the last letter was....but could NOT come up with anything close to that!)

Thanks for the clarification, guys! ...and Bama... we have been posting together enough now for you to know that I can handle that meaning!

Yep, shudda known.

We're getting packed for a trip to see the newest Granddaughter in Pensacola next week. I just hope all the "oops" things and the "aww-sh*ts" have gotten themselves out of the way so the trip will be peaceful. Navarre Beach RV Resort is kinda pricey but we didn't feel like feeding the skeeters at Big Lagoon SP this time.

Hey SACs, I saw mention of a mag-lite earlier. I have a recommendation for you. Not as useful a "persuader" when applied up-side-da-head, but very useful as a trouble light. At Sam's Club, find a "Power on Board Bright Bar". It's a 26 LED, dual power, rechargeable unit that is really handy. Had one for about a month and liked it so well I picked up a couple more today. Costs around $20 and produces a very nice see-what-ya-doin illumination.

OMG...How did ya know what I have on Sacs pillow while he is gone...and just for that "Up-side-da-head" reason!

OH NOOOOO! The saga continues....the fridge was light off on propane..could be a thermocoupler...at least I hope that is all it is. Called Monaco tech line, said it was either the coupler or the box itself. Called a tech to come to the house...haven't heard back from him....anyone see a dark cloud over my or the MH's head

Bruce,
This may not be worth the effort to type it, but just in case.... That's happened to me twice. Tried and tried to get that thing to light to no avail. Both were simple "gotchas". The first time, the MH had been in the shop and someone turned off the propane at the tank without my knowing it. The second time, one of the refer doors was just ever so slightly ajar and I didn't notice that either.

Thanks for the feed back Robin....I did try the stove to ensure we had propane...it worked fine, so I know it's on, and I will now go and check to see if the door may be slightly open. It lights off, stays on for about a minute and then turns off. The Monaco tech rep said probably a thermocoupler, or even a control box.
Gotta luv them rv's

SACS:
I have mobil repair coming in the morning...apparantly my model refer does not have a thermocoupler...so he will check the box, and see if what else it could be. I am going to go out and look to see if I have the t-stat Kev mentions...I didn't see it earlier....

There's a valve behind the side cover also. They left mine off one time and it was so well hidden I about gave up before finding it.

I did...it looks okay...I don't see a T-stat as in Kev's picture...but then I'm not an ace mechanic! I guess I will wait until Mobil repair gets here in the AM...it's just more money...
I might have to get Gloria to go back to work!!!
(right )
