Diesel fuel seeping from tank

We returned from a trip recently and refilled our fuel tank before parking our 06 Cayman. The weather turned warm here in California this week and apparently heated my fuel tank enough to begin leaking out of the fill pipes. Is there a overfill or breather somewhere in the system that is clogged or did I just fill it too full? I thought here is a good place to ask!

Our Dutch Star has a vent from the top of the tank and unvented caps.

Mr_D,
Can you see the vent? Does it have a hose coming out of it?

My 03 Neptune has a vent toward the front of the tank. It is a hose and sometimes leaks if I overfill and then park nose down while it is getting warmer out. I have a diesel gennie so I run it when that happens.
Mine is purely a function of me topping off. I try not too.

Diesel fuel seeping from tank

As mentioned mine also has a non vented cap and an overflow tube. I did have a leak on top the tank a couple years ago. Turned out a rat had eaten about 6 inches of the fuel return line from the generator. When I found the source of the leak it explained the dead rat I found in the yard a few days earlier!!

Thank everyone. Looked and looked but could not find something obvious. Took her for a ride as suggested and no more leak!
