I was wondering if anyone could give me some of the difference between the 1998 Holiday Rambler Endeavor and the Endeavor LE?

We own an '01 HR Endeavor. I wonder if LE means 'Luxury Edition.' Does the coach seem luxurious?

We had a '96 Endeavor and it was a gasser. I thought that the LE was a diesel?????

In 1998 Endeavor was made in both Gas and Diesel. The LE package was the Luxury Edition Package. It was standard equipment on Diesel and Optional on Gas. LE features included Solid surface counters, China Stool, Ceramic Tile in Bath, Leather D/P seats, A few upgrades on lighting and a nice little "LE" sticker on the outside of the coach.

Ramblin is correct, I have a 96 LE, and it has all the options mentioned. Since we have remodeled the little "LE" sticker on the back is gone, as are those gold tone fixtures from the 90's, cheap carpet etc.

They are built very nice though.

I hope this post isn't just for HR's. I flew all the way to Az to see a CC and it "overnight," supposedly had 9 windows fail, now completely fogged, the meticulous owner, supposedly bought it used and had no maintenance records, and the steering didn't always track, at 55mph drifted to the right and didn't correct easily, so the search is still on. Any advice about which coach to consider? Thank you. Jerry

The LE also has different striping. In 96 6 color schemes were offered. The Hr with the Swoosh design is a endeavor and the LE has the , what I call leaf pattern at the rear.

I believe that the LE also included hard tile and day/night shades. If anyone has a definative answer please post. We have a 98 LE 36' tag axel gasser which we will be selling this spring when it comes out of storage in May(Michigan). It would be nice to be able to list all of the LE components. Thanks for any replies.
