Do all devices (TV, satellite, cell) use the same coax nowadays? In my ham radio youth, there was only 75 ohm. Now there is 58 ohm and possibly others.

Leave your OTA coax alone. It is just fine.
Coax can be very specific to the device. Two way radios want 50 ohm, televisions wants another.
The goal with a cell coax is to get the lowest loss for the size. Of course you can't run 1 1/4 inch pressurized coax but when the time comes I can help you choose. I guess I already did that. Low loss coax/hose. Think of coax as a garden hose. If it is poorly made it will kink, lose pressure and volume, and not provide an optimum output.
Better dust off the Ham books. I don't recall 58 ohm coax.
